By choosing to subscribe to Farmax^® Lite you agree to the following conditions:

That you will pay the annual subscription as advertised on the Farmax^® website www.farmax.co.nz
That the annual subscription is valid for a single installation on a single computer for 12 months following installation.
That the subscriber is liable for any illegal copying or pirating of the software from the subscribers computer.
That the subscriber of this software cannot use this software in any manner for other businesses not owned by the subscriber unless those other properties can verify that they are also current subscribers to the Farmax^® Lite software.
That Farmax^®Limited is not liable whatsoever for any losses or damages arising out of the use of this software or any actions taken in reliance upon the validity of the information produced by Farmax^® Lite.
