Designed for pasture, feed and herd managers, and farmers
Farmtools Dairy is used in conjunction with Farmax Dairy Pro and your consultant. It has a simplified interface and allows you to enter monitor information (i.e. pasture covers, supplements and pasture fed, milk production, condition scores, calving numbers and nitrogen applications etc). It then uses this information to provide an improved forecast of production, condition scores, pasture cover and profit for the season against the original plan. Forecasts can be viewed by anyone involved in the farm business anywhere in the country or world. It also allows you to test management scenarios to see their effect on production, condition scores, pasture cover and profit. Find out more.....
Designed for pasture and feed managers
Farmax Feed Wedge will give you a visual representation of your current and forecast feed wedge to identify surpluses or deficits. Interactively in this same screen, you will be able to explore the effect on the forecasted wedge due to the removal of paddocks for conservation or crops, applications of nitrogen, changes in rotation lengths, animal numbers or post-graze residuals. A paddock allocation plan will be generated and you will be able to revise this plan to see the effect on the forecasted wedge and whether your targets will be met. Find out more.....
