Farmax is pleased to announce the timetable for the 2008-2009 annual reporting. Similar to last year we will have a strict timetable so that the process can deliver a result.
Physical reporting
1. Letter sent to farmers explaining timetable Monday 3rd August
Quality assured files sent to HelpDesk Friday 4th September

2. HelpDesk will process QA Files and send consultants reports Week of 14th to 18th September

back to HelpDesk Friday 2nd October
Financial reporting
1. Letter sent to farmers requesting accounts Sent with Physical Report
2. Accounts or cashbooks received
back from farmers Friday 20th November
3. Benchmarking reports sent to
consultants Friday 4th December
4. Benchmarking reports returned with
comments by consultant Friday 18th December
5. Final reports sent to farmers by Thursday 28th of January
